"The meeting was proceeding as planned. The door suddenly flew open and in charged an angel. He killed Jaliric and attacked Michael with a dagger before he fled out a window. It seems he killed the other two gaurdians beforehand, as well. I jumped out the same window before being caught... It's all a blur, really."

Her senses kick into gear, ringing through her ears, vibrating through her being. In mere seconds, her staff is in her left arm, and her fingers twirl the staff in a circle.

The blast of energy reflects off of the spinning staff and disappears in the ground with a low rumble.

"Hmmmph.." She looks again, still unable to find who shot at her.

Araylian peers up at the sky, now spotting the angel, and the bolt coming at her.. She sidesteps, and the bolt once again crashes to the ground. She looks down at the ground, muttering, her flaming red hair blowing in the wind while her staff glows a similar hue.

Araylian doesn't even notice one star hitting her arm and lodging itself deep within her flesh, as she has all of her thoughts focused on.. her staff. She smiles slightly as she looks up, points her staff at the angel, and sends a blast of fire. She then grabs the star, feeling the first stab of pain, and, with a small grunt, rips it out.

Kimeth flaps her wings to elevate herself above Araylian's staff and the fire that is closing on her. Kimeth draws two more stars. Her supply of them seems to be endless. She tosses them at One's blasts to stop them. Suddenly she feels a blade cut into her left wing and she screams in pain. Gale silently drops to the ground and retreats. "Damnit! They're overpowering me..." Myn spots the second angel and her hand glows blue. She fires a blast of ice.

Kimeth is knocked out of the air by ones blast and she crashes to the ground. She quickly recovers and pulls out two more, much larger stars. "Play times over." Gale turns around and sees that Myn is having problems of her own. He quickly makes his way over to assist.

"That's enough." Hirali raises his sword and a swirl of energy appears at his feet. He stands in place and swings it hard into the air, creating a shockwave from the base of the blade that spreads out and collapses back towards it's center with a roar. A stream of black magic hurtles towards Seraphita.
